2. Services and Appointments
Elevate offers medical spa and aesthetic services, including but not limited to injectables, dermal fillers, microneedling, dermaplaning, prescription weight loss, IV therapy, wellness injections, skincare, and body contouring, as described on the Site. Appointment booking is provided through our third-party scheduling partner, Boulevard (“Boulevard”). Your use of the Boulevard booking widget is also subject to Boulevard’s own terms and privacy policy, available at joinblvd.com/legal.
Specific cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and refund policies for appointments will be communicated to you at the time of booking or during your visit. Elevate reserves the right to refuse service, reschedule, or decline treatment at its sole discretion, including for medical or safety reasons.

Content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. It is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified medical provider.
